This collaboration between cities in America and Senegal will help to boost tourism in each city and will promote diversity by featuring African culture and inspiring uniting dialogue between different cultures. 
Through CAPCA’s efforts, we facilitate increased trade and investment between U.S. cities and Africa.

M’Bour, Senegal, West Africa and Jackson, Mississippi, USA officially formed a sister city connection on May, 31 2016 in Jackson, MS with an official signing ceremony with the mayors of each city at the Mississippi Museum of Art.  Tony T. Yarber of Jackson, MS and Falou Sylla of M’Bour, Senegal engaged in a strategic discussion about the International Museum of Muslim cultures and toured the Legacy of Timbuktu Exhibition in Jackson, MS.
